All purchases made in this way must be collected from our premises. We will email to inform you when your order will be ready for collection.

Returns
Unwanted products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging.
Return costs to be met by the purchaser, alternatively products can be returned in store.
All returns must be clearly labelled, with documentation included and a reason for return.
If items are not to be used right away we advise that customers check that they have been received in working order.
Damaged items
Any item received damaged must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
Guarantees
Goods are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise, against faulty workmanship.
Good which are considered to be faulty upon return to us will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection by them.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed using the same method as original payment.
